By booking with Housteamers, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Housteamers provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.

Our services include: 

Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure steam cleaning that removes deep grime, grease, and bacteria — restoring your floors to like-new condition.

Upholstery Cleaning
Deep steam cleaning for sofas, chairs, and bedframes — eliminating stains, odors, and embedded dirt safely.

Air Duct Cleaning
We remove dust, mold, and contaminants from your HVAC system — improving airflow and indoor air quality.

Car Interior Cleaning
Deep steam cleaning for seats and carpets — removing stains, odors, pet hair, and everyday buildup.

Area Rug Cleaning
Safe, deep steam cleaning for all rug types — removing odors, bacteria, and deep-set dirt without damage.

Carpet Cleaning
Professional steam cleaning with deep extraction — removing stains, allergens, and embedded dirt for a healthier home.

2.Deposits & Cancellation Policy

To secure your scheduled appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your total service cost.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred as a credit to a new appointment date (valid for 30 days).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit.

By booking with Housteamers, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Liability

3.1. While we take utmost care in providing our services, we cannot be held liable for damages to items or property during the cleaning process.

3.2. Clients are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items from the cleaning area before our technicians arrive.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

4.1. Housteamers is committed to delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.

4.2. Our 72-hour limited satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to Ultra Care Deep Cleaning services.

4.3. If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us within 72 hours of service completion. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

4.4. Clients must provide clear photos and/or videos for evaluation through our internal review system.

4.5. If an issue is verified and considered correctable through professional cleaning, we will schedule a complimentary re-clean.

4.6. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Pre-existing damage
• Permanent stains
• Wear and tear
• Fiber discoloration
• Structural issues
• Odors caused by deep internal padding contamination

4.7. Standard Steam Cleaning services do not include a satisfaction guarantee.

4.8. Housteamers does not offer monetary refunds. Service corrections are provided when applicable under the terms above.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, on this website is the property of Housteamers and is protected by copyright laws.

6.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. Housteamers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly review these terms for any updates or changes.

8.Refund Policy

8.1. If customer is not satisfied , he can send videos and pictures, it will go to our review system.
